Have been going here for tests for quite some time now, and have tried other retailers for chemicals and pool tests off and on, but find the pool hard to maintain when I do that. I get told the chemicals are a lot better at paramount and in my opinion I have to agree as usually have no issues. The team all know what they’re doing and have good general knowledge, rather than just being trained to know how to do a test. The pricing isn’t that bad on chemicals either. Pats (business owner) advice is always excellent, if you have an issue, he will know the answer. He’s often on the run but will take the time to explain things fully. Will even come out to your house to check things out if needed, at a cost but that’s pretty good service if needed. I’ve had a pump repaired there once and it failed shortly after and were going to charge me again, I wasn’t happy but they’re that knowledgable that they explained in detail why it would have failed again which was actually true so I think they are fair in their assessments, and saved me having the pump fail a third time. I did have a pool liner install done by their recommended installer and thought it was sub standard, and feel I was palmed off with that. A visit to check it out would have been great customer service. I ended up accepting it as didn’t really know what was acceptable, and it annoys me everytime I use it, but I still give 5 stars as they all know what they’re doing there and always have parts and product available.
