How should I prepare for my new Solstice Spa?
There are several important factors to consider before your Solstice Spa is delivered. As every property and installation site is unique, we’re happy to provide tailored advice to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
Site Preparation
Before your Solstice Spa is installed, the site must be prepared with a solid, level, and durable foundation capable of supporting the spa throughout its lifespan. Every property is different, and we’re happy to provide guidance once we understand more about your site and installation requirements. We also have several landscape contractors who allow us to provide a togs on (turn key) service.
Electrical Requirementsย
The Solstice Spa range includes models with both 15amp and 32amp electrical requirements. In most cases, installation will require the services of a registered electrician to ensure your spa is connected safely and in accordance with local regulations.
Our team is happy to provide guidance on the electrical requirements of your chosen model, and we can also recommend trusted registered electricians that we work closely with.
Delivery Access
Prior to delivery, we will provid a free site insecption to ensure an unobstructed access route from the delivery vehicleโwhether a ute, trailer, or craneโto the prepared installation area. Identifying any access restrictions in advance helps ensure a smooth and successful delivery.
What is included in your delivery and do you provide a handover?
Delivery within 50km of our store is included in the purchase price of your Solsticeย Spa. If specialised equipment, such as a crane, is required to place the spa, this cost will be additional.
Prior to delivery, we will conduct a site visit and take a sample of your tap water. This enables us to provide tailored guidance on water balancing, making future drain-and-refill maintenance simple and straightforward.
Delivery includes positioning the spa at your chosen site, fitting cover & cover lifter (if supplied) filling and balancing the water, and a full demonstration of how to use and care for your new spa pool.
How do I choose the right spa pool model?
Choosing the right spa pool comes down to how you plan to use it and what features are most important to you. We recommend visiting our showroom to view the range in person and even sit in the spas to get a feel for the seating layouts and comfort levels.
Consider the following questions:
- Do you prefer a spa with one or two loungers, or would a bench-style seating arrangement suit you better?
- How many people will regularly use the spa?
- Are you looking for a premium hydrotherapy experience with a large number of massage jets?
- Would you prefer a simpler, more affordable model with the essential features?
- Are you tall or short? – Booster seats and snorkels are available upon request.
